Frank girang bukan kepalang karena ikan yang terjerat itu sungguh besar. Warnanya gelap dan memiliki berat sekitar 5 kilogram dengan panjang hampir setengah meter. Yarborough menduga itu adalah ikan lele.
Dia pun memasukkan tangannya ke dalam air untuk mengambil ikan tadi. Tetapi, dia merasa kaget dan menjerit karena didigit kencang seperti digigit manusia. Setelah diperiksa ikan itu memang rada langka. Diamemiliki gigi seperti gigi seri, geraham, dan taring seperti yang dimiliki manusia. Tidak seperti ikan di danau itu pada umumnya.
Ikan langka itu ditangkap dan dibawa pulang. Yarborough belum terpikir untuk menggorengnya. Hingga kini masih tersimpan di dalam lemari es.
